HDC (Heat Dissipation Coupling) Price Not Displaying for Repeat BLBC Order

Created by George Eccles, Modified on Tue, 18 Mar at 12:13 PM by George Eccles

Q: Why can't I enter the HDC (Heat Dissipation Coupling) price for a repeat BLBC order at 380°C?
A:
The maximum temperature for HDC (Heat Dissipation Coupling) has been set at 360°C based on engineering decisions made by Jeff.

  • Temperature Limit: Anything above 360°C will not be accepted in the system.
  • Increasing the Temperature: If the temperature needs to be increased to 380°C, this would require approval from Jeff and would involve an engineering/design change with validation.
