The submit button remains greyed out because the fan handing needs to be confirmed before any Sales Order can be submitted.
- Next Release: A message will be provided in the new release next week to prompt you about confirming the fan handing.
- Solution: Once the handing is confirmed, you will be able to submit the order.
This is not a bug, but rather a process requirement before order submission.
