How to Add Part Numbers to SAP for 1/4" Increment Fan

Q: Why are there no part numbers available, and how do I add them to SAP?

The reason there are no parts in SAP for the fan is that it is a 1/4" increment fan. To add the part numbers:

• Request Part Creation: You need to request the parts from Master Data (Eeman) at GreyBeard.
• Material Creation Form: Complete the material creation form for the parts you need.
• Add to SAP: Once the materials are created, you can then add them to SAP.

Main Fan Part Creation:

• Create Main Fan Part: You’ll need to create the main fan part.
• Optional Parts: You can request additional parts (such as case, impeller, stool, and inlet cone), but these are not mandatory.
• Part Descriptions: The part descriptions for each item can be found in the [ ] square brackets.
