Changing Incoterms for Custom Items in Projects

Q: When adding a custom item directly through Projects, the Incoterms are defaulted to DAP. How can I change this to Ex-Works?

Currently, when adding custom items, the Incoterms are set to DAP by default. However, users can manually update Incoterms by selecting the appropriate option in the Accessories Tab when confirming or adding custom spare items.

Solution:

1. Navigate to the Accessories Tab.
2. Choose the correct Incoterms (e.g., Ex-Works) before confirming the item.

If this functionality needs to be more accessible, you can raise a feature request to allow Incoterms selection when adding a custom item directly in Projects.
