Why is a Design Analysis Check Required for a Repeat Impeller That Usually Doesn’t Need One?

Q: Why does the system request a design analysis for an impeller that normally doesn’t need one?

A:
For Class X impellers, the system prompts a design confirmation check as a safeguard to ensure manufacturability. If this is a repeat design and no changes have been made, you can simply tick the confirmation box in the Project Page to proceed.

This check is in place to ensure all impellers meet production standards. If unsure, consult the Design Team for verification before confirming.
