Q: Why can’t I see Comments and the Commercial Summary in the software?

A:
This issue occurs when an account is set up as a Customer Account instead of an HF Account. Contact your Gatekeeper to check and update your account type.

If needed, they can correct the setup to ensure you have full access to Comments and the Commercial Summary.
