Why Can’t I See My Added Quote in the Project?

Q: I added a quote to the project, but I can’t see it. What should I do?

This issue is likely related to your browser’s cache and cookies. Try clearing them using the steps below for your browser:

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Click Clear data, then restart Chrome.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear now, then restart Edge.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Click Safari in the top menu and select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
  3. Click Remove All, then restart Safari.

After clearing your cache and cookies, log back into the software and check if the quote appears.
