Managing Fan Constructor Quotations

1. Opening a Project

• Click "Open" to find and load an existing project.

• You can get to the project page directly from ther hompage by clicking here:

• Search by quotation number or customer reference for quick access.

2. Saving a Project

• Save – Stores progress for later.

• Save as Revision – Creates a new version while keeping old ones.

• Save & Email – Sends the quote directly to the customer.

• Export to JSON – Exports project data for external use.

3. Project Details

• Quotation Number – Auto-generated or manually entered.

• Project Name – Add a reference for easy identification.

• Project Status – Tracks progress (e.g., Quote Stage).

• Customer Reference – Links to a specific client.

• Account Search – Find and attach to an existing customer.

4. Customer & Shipping Details

• Customer Details – Name, address, phone, and email.

• Shipping Address – Delivery details for the order.

5. General Details

• PO Number – Add a Purchase Order if applicable.

• Halifax Contact – Sales or engineering contact.

• Preferred Delivery Date – Customer's requested timeline.

• Quotation Validity – The expiry date of the quote.

• Industry & Application – Select relevant categories.

• Final Destination – Country of delivery.

6. Payment Terms

• Choose from Halifax Fan’s standard payment terms.
