How to create a new customer or search for existing customer

When adding a new customer to Fan Constructor, follow these steps:

1. Searching for an Existing Customer

1. In the Customer Search bar, enter the customer name or account number.

2. Select the correct customer from the drop-down list.

2. Adding a New Customer

If the customer does not appear in the search results:

1. Click the green "Add" button.

2. Fill in the required details:

Account Information

• Account Name – Enter up to 40 characters.

• Country – Select from the drop-down menu.

• House No. – Enter up to 10 characters.

• Postal Code – Enter up to 10 characters.

• Industry – Select the relevant industry.

• Sales Organisation – Choose the correct sales organisation.

• Website URL – Enter a valid URL (up to 40 characters).

Contact Information

• Company Name – Enter up to 40 characters.

• Email – Enter a valid email address (up to 40 characters).

• Phone Number – Enter a valid number (e.g., +44 1234567890).

3. Saving the Customer Details

• Click "Save" to add the new customer.

• The customer is now available for future searches.
