Steps to Generate a GA Drawing
Save the Project – Ensure your project is saved.
Add Customer Details – A customer must be selected before generating a drawing.
Scroll to Project Items – Locate the item list.
Click "Generate Drawing" – This option is circled above.
Enter Your or the Customer’s Email (Optional) – If entered, the drawing will be sent via email.
Wait 5-10 Minutes – The system processes the drawing request - grab a coffee or talk weather.
Access the GA Drawing – Once ready, it will appear in the documentation section on the right-hand side of the table.
Navigating the Fan Files Section
Click the "+" symbol – Expands to show fan-related files.
Click the folder icon – Opens the fan folders.
Click the spanner icon – Opens the fan for reconfiguration.
Click the trash bin icon – Deletes the selected fan.
Click the copy icon – Duplicates the line exactly.
This is not the same as cloning. If you need to copy the fan but change the flow rate while keeping accessories, use the Clone Feature instead. Read more about cloning here.

✔ Project is saved – Unsaved projects cannot generate drawings.
✔ Customer details are entered – A customer must be assigned to the project.
